WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
At this time we only ship within the U.S.
If you’d like to place an order outside of the U.S. please use the contact form to send us a request. We’d love to work with you.

HOW LONG TO RECEIVE MY GOODIES?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 Business Days (M-F). We ship from Tyler, TX, you can expect your package within 5 to 7 days depending on where it is being shipped to. You will receive your tracking number once your goodies have shipped.
USPS Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 transit days but may take up to one full week to reach you.
Remember to include our turnaround time in delivery calculation. If you need an order quickly, call us before noon and we will take your order and figure out the fastest shipping options.
BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.
Please note that our transit and turnaround times begin after we have received valid payment information, not at the time the order was placed.
PayPal: Paying by E-Check through PayPal takes additional days to clear than standard PayPal payments. We will hold your order until the payment has cleared.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes! If you are unhappy with any product purchase we will be happy to exchange it for you. Returned product must be in new and unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the product is received damaged and/or the wrong product shipped by us. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.
